EQ-i is the first scientifically documented test for measuring emotional intelligence.

Success in multicultural work environments requires "emotional intelligence", an array of competencies and skills, including self-awareness, empathy, flexibility. Fortunately, emotional intelligence is not static, but can be developed and improved with training.

EQ-i is a useful tool for highlighting which strengths an individual or group can build on, and which areas could be improved.
