    Piotr Pluta


    Piotr Pluta has graduated in psychology from the University of Wrocław, Poland. During his course of study he has participated in the Erasmus exchange program and spent a semester at the University of Valencia, Spain. He was also awarded with a scholarship and spent a semester at the East Carolina University, USA. He has participated in the Leonardo da Vinci program as a trainee in Human Factors AS from november 2011. Employed as a consultant in Human Factors from April, 2012.


    His master’s thesis was about the influence of humor on persuasion. His professional fields of interest include: cross-cultural work, organizational psychology, teambuilding and comparative management.
     

    He is fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish, intermediate in Norwegian.
