Lene Rønning-Arnesen 
 

Lene, formally educated as a teacher has been the CEO of various Norwegian organisations
for many years, representing midwives, physical therapists, teachers and local school
authorities.

 

She also has experience as a local politician in Norway. Gradually she moved into Coaching and was certified by the Coaches Training Institute in the USA, completed a leadership program and became a graduate of the Systems and Organisational Training Program.

 

Lene is a Director of the International Coach Federation’s Global Board. Furthermore, she is one of the facilitators of the Canadian Leadership program “Courage to act” and has conducted various leadership trainings for women in politics in Norway. Lene Rønning-Arnesen is also the Norwegian member of the “Go for it!” team dedicated to developing women as leaders.

Lene's coaching/consulting practise supports executives and their teams in companies and
organisations to create good relationships and an inspiring corporate culture that motivates
people to grow and excel.

 

Dedicated to making people's lives more fulfilled, she believes that everyone has the chance to live the life he/she wants. However it is a matter of finding it, loving and living it. Lene works with Human Factors As in Norway.
